I suspected asbestos in my 1950s house. I got a sample to Environmental Monitoring Solutions, and they gave me the results within 3 days. Simon also called to say that my insulation tested negative but that he wanted to be safe and test my drywall as well for no charge. It's really rare to find a company that genuinely seems to care about their client's safety more than a profit. I can't recommend them enough.

Helpful, timely, and friendly service. They provided clear information about what they were doing and their recommendations. Test results were provided quickly and were easy to understand. Would happily hire them again!

Environmental Monitoring Solutions is a dependable, trustworthy company, Simon was very accommodating, and straightforward with his communications and quick to reply to any questions I had. The report he builds is very detailed, and well organized. He has a keen eye and understands building construction and know just where to look for problem areas. His opinions and knowledge he shared with us will help us to move forward. He was a breath of fresh air!

Excellent service from Simon and quick turnover on the lab results. I would absolutely use EMS again. The drop off option of the specimen is so convenient for people who are busy.

Highly recommended. Simon and Mike are very knowledgeable and were a pleasure to deal with. Both were very responsive to phone calls and emails and took the time to answer any questions we had.
