We have been a trade partner of ServiceMaster's for many years now and have nothing but good things to say about them. From the project managers, the office staff and other contractors, everyone has been great to deal with. Would recommend anyone needing restoration services to check them out!

My husband and I had no issues with Service Master. Service Master took a stressful upsetting situation and fixed the issues in a timely painless manner. The workers were very professional and skilled. We are very happy with the flooring company they provided. Thank you Service Master.

Horrible company, avoid at all costs! My basement flooded and I ended up using Servicemaster. Worst decision I have ever made. They took forever to finish. All of the work they did had to be redone (shower leaked constantly after they repaired. New vanity doors wouldn't close because the plumbing stuck out too far. Instead of cutting the top of the vanity to proper length to support the granite, they left a 3 inch wood gap. They also put carpet under the vanity in the bathroom..... Paint job was horrible. Used linoleum flooring for my shower walls. etc). I had to argue with them on every little "repair" that they did because it was always improperly completed. Shalie King was the individual I dealt with and she couldn't have been more rude. Also noticed that she left a positive review on here.... Wonder how many of their other employees left reviews trying to boost their ratings. Should have just left my basement flooded and used it as a pool because once Servicemaster was finished it was of no use anyways!!!!!! Oh and their excuse for my shower leaking was that it doesn't matter because I told them that I didn't use it often anyways....

From the very beginning I have been thoroughly impressed with ServicesMaster. From the first panic stricken (woke up to a flooded basement) call I made I was met with a supportive and understanding individual that answered the call. She directed me to our project manager Justin who has been absolutely professional, and someone know had our best interest in mind. The team that arrived to start the cleanup, the plumbers, drywallers, and painters all have been outstanding and truly care about craftsmanship and care for our home. The speed of service, attention to detail, care, and the “don’t worry we got you” attitude has really amazed me. I would recommend (and have) ServicesMaster to anyone that was in the same situation we were. Service like this is hard to find nowadays but I am sure glad we did.

Amazing crews! Fast, friendly, very considerate and efficient! Worked with ServiceMaster through an insurance claim for sewer back up. They worked fast, hard and diligent to remove everything that was affected by the back up. They proceeded to clean and sanitize the products they removed and stored until the basement could be restored. They sent in a crew that was diligent in thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing the basement and affected areas. They ensured every step of the process was done, completed correctly, efficiently and effectively, along with the insurance adjustor. ServiceMaster kept me informed at every step along the way, and worked well as the middleman between the clean up, the insurance claim and the actual restoration. Every person I came into contact with, whether it was actual employees or hired contractors, made me feel secure and impressed with every service they provided during this restoration process. All of this took place while I was fighting a battle with cancer, and ServiceMaster took away all of my worries and concerns and worked with my schedules. They ensured that I didn't have to be exposed to anything potentially dangerous and they did all the muscle work behind the scenes also to save me the energy and time for my other battles. In my opinion, they MORE than exceeded at ANY expectations I had from this process or this company! I would definitely recommend these amazing people at ServiceMaster to anyone in need of any restoration service!
