Oh my goodness. What a wonderful company this is. I had a major event happen today and needed their services for cleaning after an incident. The head booking lady was wonderful and took all of my calls throughout the day. She provided me with all of the information on pricing upfront. Since I needed after hours cleaning I was also told about the different rates etc. I was shocked when I saw only 3 stars as I can not say anything negative Brooke called me before coming to my home and she was beyond incredible. She did a spotless job in fact I have never seen my washroom look that sparkly. Thank you

This is the worst company to do carpet cleaning! My carpet was destroyed and didn’t even come clean and on top of that it was wet for 3 days I had to rent dryers to dry the carpet and boardwalk nor the company would take my calls and when the guy finish cleaning my carpet my dump this black water into a stormdrain on the curb is that right? 1 start!

Admin ppl are pretty fast for emergencies on weekdays... i called twice on the weekend and no answer. (They say they are 24hrs so maybe they were busy???) However, they charge for Ppe, disinfectants and the dumbest one: admin fee for paying with a CC. They did tell me about all the costs except the admin one, but whatever. Its a 2hr minimum. So even if the job is 40min (which mine was) they still charge you for the 2hrs. What i didnt like was that they werent on time. Super late. The technician called and let me know 30min before he would arrive.... which was about 3hrs late or so.

Great company to deal with, they do a fantastic job cleaning our offices and showroom.

They were courteous, respectful, and mindful of the kitten, knocking at the basement door and waiting for us to contain him before opening it, understanding that we didn't want to crate him for several hours. Just above and beyond.
