Exceptional customer service. We had some water damage and mold in our basement and Jorge was able to assess and schedule the required work quickly. With a wealth of experience and genuine kindness, he inspires great confidence and really put my mind at ease. The two men that took care of the damage, Russell and James, were polite, professional and efficient. The work, as well as the clean up, was done with care. Throughout the process, whenever I had questions or concerns they were quickly answered or addressed to a level the exceeded expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the services of Jorge and his crew to my family and friends. During a stressful time, they went the extra mile to make sure my family was taken care of.

My friends referred me to Jorge after they hired him for mold removal. They raved about how wonderful he was. So when I suspected mold in my own house, Jorge was the first guy I called. He took my call on a Saturday and talked me through the issues I was having. He put me at ease and made great suggestions on how I could deal with the issues. He is amazingly kind and knowledgeable, and he really cares about his costumers. If your in the Edmonton area and suspect water damage in your home, Jorge is the guy to call!!! Thanks again for all your help, Jorge!

Jorge is the definition of great customer service. He is very knowledgable and informative. His advice has greatly helped us through a difficult flooding experience. We truly believe he puts our best interest first, even when it means less of a gain for him. It's really nice having someone as sturdy as Jorge to lean on when the unexpected occurs. Highly recommended.

I contacted Canada's Restoration Services to take care of a small amount of asbestos tape we found in our home. Jorge responded promptly and we set up an appointment a couple days later. His workers were on schedule, and really did a great job in taking care of the problem, as well as answering some questions about other potential issues. I'd wholly recommend this company, and will keep them at the top of the list should I need any future services.
