Very unprofessional. Did not provide the correct information about a broken drain pipe to my insurance company. Would not recommend this company to anyone

I was incredibly impressed with the crew from Winmar following my house flood. Shawn was helpful and explained the process of the clean up and restoration. The crews were at my home within hours and were very professional. I was impressed with how quick they got going. I felt like I was in good hands.

Nara offered excellent service, including under a tight timeline. The workmanship was based on sound research and of high quality, and we had no difficulty reaching a representative or receiving timely responses. We would be very comfortable recommending Winmar to others!

We were definitely pleased with the job that Winmar did for us! The ongoing communication and interest from Jay and Seth was always reassuring. Jessica led the initial stage and remained a key liaison from start to finish. We were impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the various members of the Winmar group and were very pleased with the work of the sub-trades. The admin staff was excellent in keeping us aware of the progress of the job.

Shawn was very unprofessional. He failed to identify or report the drain pipe issue to my insurance company. Do not use this company.
