Graham and his team were super helpful, kind, and professional during the hardest time of my life. Dealing with a loss and being in the position to require their services. They made this tumultuous time less challenging by being thorough, treating my loved ones space with dignity and respect. Thank you for everything.

One of the worst experiences I have had with any company of any type. I was the executor of an estate that needed a restoration company. After a couple of days of work I asked the project manager how much the estate would be owing to date. He quoted approximately $10000.00. The home had been cleaned and I felt this was as far as I wanted them to go ( they still wanted to paint and replace flooring ) I received a bill for over $17000.00 for the cleaning. I called the office many many times and left messages over the next month and never once received a return call from the manager. In fact at one time I was put on hold as the manager was on the other line for quite a while then I was informed he had left the office while I waited on hold. I eventually drove down to speak in person and was notified that there was no one I could speak with and they had put a lien the home. I paid the bill because I couldn't sell the home with a lien on it. They charged me an additional $500.00 to release the lien. To this date no one has ever returned my many many inquiries for an explanation. I felt taken advantage of. Vultures!

Big thanks to Genesis especially my project manager Marco and his staff (Ashley the 1 woman army). He and his team were tremendous and helped me out big time in an untimely water damage we had at our home. The 1st company the insurance place suggested gave me a bad vibe and sure enough Genesis came in and worked on my behalf no the insurance company! Thanks a million!

We had a time sensitive disaster in which I reched out to Genesis regarding. I shared my issue with Marco who in turn explained the clean up process to me and gave me a very fair estimate. He was also able to adjust the current schedule freeing up a tech for the following morning. Ankit arrived the next morning on time and ready to get to work. I showed him the two rooms requiring cleanup plus suprised him with two more smaller scale areas also needing cleanup that I had discovered. Ankit called Marco and explained the additional cleanup areas asking if he had time available to complete them. Marco gave him the green light and off to work he went. Oh my goodness what an amazing job Ankit did. He was not only efficient he did the job better than I thought was even possible. So thank you Marco & Ankit It was a pleasure working with such professional and personable people. You both went above and beyond all expectations I had regarding this job. I highly recommend Genesis for any & all of your restoration jobs! Planned or unexpected! Sincerely Sandra N

Our rental has had multiple leaks in just under a month living here, and after debate with our landlord on how this would be handled, he against our wishes, removed a piece of drywall and we discovered mold. Immediately I found this company online and had my landlord reach out. Both Andrew and Ashely came out and assisted with this right away and where absolutely wonderful to deal with. Andrew was extremely professional as he explained the process and organized the billing, while Ashley worked mostly in our suite and was an absolute gem of a person. She was very kind and patient with us explaining procedures, and ensuring we felt safe. The ratings are no joke as you could tell they knew what they where doing, and both have spent many years in the industry. Worth their weight in gold!
