I find it interesting that the reviews of this company are either a 1 or a 5. Rather odd, don't you think? Both ends of the service performance spectrum? Speaks to the unreliability of the restoration service or perhaps poor project management of ServiceMaster Restore's contracts. I suspect the lower dollar value restorations receive less priority than the higher dollar ones. I understand that it is business. However, this doesn't fit with what I experience as "best practices." I have been extremely disappointed in the service I have experienced. We had a sewage flood New Years Eve 2018 and to date (May 1, 2019) or four months later, the only thing completed is the removal/restoration of drywall and the shower surround. The space, which is a bathroom and family room with a side kitchenette, has been highly used by my family in the past and after 4 months continues to remain completely non-functional. The few workers that have been involved in the completion of the construction so far have been fabulous. I have no complaints with them at all. But that represents only 6 work days out of 120 days that have lapsed so far since the flood. My complaints are with the project manager and the individuals who report to him. Clearly the commitment to equality of customer service for all contracts, whether large or small, is questionable. Very disappointed.

This is the sample of a dysfunctional company with low performance. It is a good opportunity for the guys who are interested to know about low productivity. They actually are not process oriented, but are just job task oriented.everybody does his own job regardless of affecting other tasks. For this kind of business, profesional project control management is crucial, which is not available there.

Had a fire in our house and Service Master took very good care of us. The project manager explained the whole process and kept us up to date throughout the restoration of our home. I hope we never have to go through something like this again. If we do, I wonâ€™t hesitate to call Service Master

I called this company during an emergency involving a sewer back up at our property. Right from the start, they were very responsive. The project manager, Brad, came soon after and assessed all that needed to be done. Throughout the entire project, he was highly responsive, keeping us informed of progress and next steps, and answering my emails within the same day. All the ServiceMaster employees who came were also punctual, professional, courteous, and caring. You could see everyone went the extra mile to make sure all was done.We can't praise them enough! The contractors they sent were also very good.
