This company did the restoration on my home after some water damage a couple of years ago. It was OUTSTANDING. A couple of months ago, my roof leaked and I called Stuart, who answered the call immediately and was at my house within a couple of hours. He has a wealth of experience and is so genuine in his care and concern for the homeowner. A real gentleman and knight in shining armor. A real rarity in today's world. Thank-you! You are one of a kind.

Downs Construction completed a restoration of our family cottage that had suffered extensive flood damage from a failed hot water tank. They were prompt, professional, courteous and skilled. We were extremely pleased with the restoration and would highly recommend Downs to insurers and to homeowners.

After awhile of waiting for a construction company to fix our home after a fire Downs stepped in and got the job done right away, the fellow looking after the job, Tony, was amazing, he kept in contact letting us know the status and doing everything he and your team could to get us back home for Christmas. If I ever need any work done, I will be using your company. Hands down the best experience. Thank you guys for everything.

Wow just don't use them... will argue especially that Stuart supposed professional that acts like he knows what he's talking about...he can't bother pleasing paying clients...rather argue... company is on a downhill slide....I got pictures of the unprofessional ...unskilled work Manship...don't be fooled by the banter of so called professionals...months to do a week or so of work n no pride like the customer is the enemy if you complain...be careful because they are not..... 🐍🐍🐍🐍🐍🐍
