They were on time , polite ,quick and professional. Highly recommended. It was brutally cold and windy on the roof and they got the job done

The carpet cleaning service provided by Ken at Bravo throughout our entire home was exceptional—it was above and beyond! Ken was absolutely conscientious and respectful of every single aspect of our home; even ensuring the safety of our two cats. He was punctual, efficient, very well mannered, and meticulous! Job well done and deserving of tremendous credit. We will be recommending Bravo to everyone as this is the second time hiring this amazing company and seeing phenomenal results. Thank you!

Great job completed by the Bravo team. We had contact every step of the way letting us know what was happening. They helped turn a disaster into a very positive experience! Thank you

Absolutely worst sevice I have ever received. Unorganized, sub par work done by the Bravo tream. Thankfully the contractors they had to paint and put floors in where increadible and were able to point out shotty work to ensure I got the best service. Apon complaining to Bruce at Bravo about drywallying job the drywaller came into MY home and complained about me to the painter. How unprofessional! The painter pointed out that he could not paint the wall with it looking good and it shoukd have been fixed. In addition, Bravo carelessly closed my back gate and the dogs got out! In addition to the lack of communication and quality of work, it took over 3 months to get a mudroom and bathroom complete. I beleive that one week of work would be sufficient for floors and paint. When expressing to Bruce about the poor service he literally said nothing but a simple “all I can say is sorry.” Well Bruce, I’m sorry your sorry isnt good enough. I recoment that if you have an insurance claim you ask to have another contractor do the work.

I'm shocked by the negative reviews - people are too entitled especially when something is as stressful as restoration. These people worked hard, are honest and got the job done right. Way to go Bravo!! I will definitely use you again.
