I had a roof leak and called Total Restoration. Travis came out and checked it for moisture and sprayed the ceiling so it looked good as new. He is a nice young man and I enjoyed the visit. Highly reccommend Total Restoration.

Complex Fire

Last March a fire broke out in my complex taking out my unit and 5 others in the process. Obviously a very stressful experience. Enter : Total Restoration Kelowna. Honestly, the moment this crew rolled onto the scene, they dropped the hammer and started to get the job done: Total Restore Style. Efficient, Extremely Communicative, Supportive, High Quality service through and through. The quality of which this company prides itself on ..from my personal experience I cannot speak highly enough. Back home in under a year and can't be more happy with the work done here. The project manager , Ken has gone above and beyond in customer service. It's in the details people. It's all the little things that need to be done, that perhaps could have been left but were not. Clark, Your skills in raising my home back up in the time that you did and the quality of which you did it. Again- this crew stands by their reputation and word. Thank You Total Restoration!

Everyone from the Administration & Scheduling staff to the young men doing the work have been helpful and professional. We needed mold removal done quickly. Ryan helped us get on to their schedule within a couple days and Hez and Kevin did the job amazingly. All very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. AND they came in under the original quote when some of the equipment was not required after all. So glad we picked Total Restoration! Will definitely recommend.

We experienced a water incident in our strata unit and called Total Restoration. They were quick to respond, an approved vendor under our home insurance policy, and made sure we understood the process and that everything was completed to our satisfaction. No one wants to experience a water leak but at least Total made the repair process easier! Thank you to Wayne and his team!

I was a part of a community where my townhome was involved in a fire. We were very nervous about how to go about the repairs and how everything would play out. Wayne and his team at total restoration were just absolutely fantastic. They assured us everything would be taken care of and there was no need to worry, and was that ever the truth! In the event something like this happens again (hopefully not!) we will most certainly be using total restoration undoubtedly. I full recommend this company to anybody who may need their services!

Total Restoration is the best in the valley, without a doubt! They were professional, efficient, friendly, and were genuinely concerned about our wellbeing, it was a breath of fresh air after dealing with the media and insurance companies after our house caught fire. If you're thinking of hiring anyone else you're making a huge mistake!
