I am currently in the process of purchasing a condo in Denver, I called Richard after hours at nearly 8 PM To get some information on testing for mold. he not only didn't push his services on me he gave me valuable information, that resulted in me actually not needing the mold test, and instead looking for concessions, however he was extremely informative and helped me feel much more comfortable making decisions about my buying process. if I ever do need to have mold removed, hopefully not! I will definitely look towards this company.

As we were in the process of selling our home, the buyer's inspector indicated that our home had a mold issue. They wanted us to remediate the issue before they bought the home. We were on a very tight closing deadline. I researched the internet and came across Mold Removal Express. I sent an email with some questions on Saturday night, not expecting an answer until Monday morning. In a couple of hours, Richard gave me a call to discuss my questions. The buyer's inspector took the outdoor baseline mold reading on a rainy day, so the outside mold showed a zero level. Richard explained that his company used extensive historical data by region to help account for any weather variations, e.g., rain or wind, on the testing day. He answered all my questions and didn't pressure me to do a retest. My realtor said that the buyers would accept the results of a retest and any remediation, if necessary. On Sunday night, I sent an email to Richard asking if he could schedule a test as soon as possible. About an hour later, Richard called and said he could schedule a test the next day at 10:00 am. The next day, Bob, the inspector, came ahead of schedule. He was also very friendly and knowledgeable and explained what he was doing. He was done in about 20 minutes. The lab that MRE uses was very efficient. Richard emailed me the results two days later. Fortunately, their test showed that we did not have a mold problem. Thanks to MRE, we are scheduled to close in a couple of weeks. If you need help or have any questions about mold, I highly recommend MRE. They are friendly, very knowledgeable, and extremely responsive.
