I HAVE BEEN THREATENED BY SERVICE MASTER AND THE INSURANCE COMPANY SOUTHEASTERN MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY WITH TAKING OUT MY HEAT SOURCE UNLESS I SIGN THERE FRAUDULENT INVOICE FOR WORK THEY SAY THEY DID AND DID NOT DO THEY ARE CHARGING 40,000 DOLLARS TO REMOVE MY CONTENTS AND WASH THEM FOR 6000 WHEN I HAVE GUARANTEED REPLACEMENT COST ON CONTENTS, AND TAKING OUT THE KITCHEN CABINETS ,FLOORING IN BASEMENT AND TWO SMALL BEDROOMS KITCHEN AND LIVINGROOM AND TEARING OUT DRYWALL AND INSULATION AND HERES THE BEST ONE THEY CHARGE YOU BY THE FOOT TO REMOVE BASEBOARDS AND TRIM FROM THE WALLS AND THEN TEAR OUT THE WALLS LMAO .AND HAVE THE GULL TO CHARGE 10 PERCENT PROFIT AND TEN PERCENT OVERHEAD EVER WONDER HOW THEY GOT THERE FLEET OF TRUCKS LOL .AND THEY LOST SOME OF MY CONTENTS

first and foremost if your insurance company recommends them be sure to demand a tear out permit as the do not get one BUT I WOULD FIRE THEM AND GET A REAL LICENSED CONTRACTOR .
do not be fooled by there niceness as it is a trick they work for insurance companies and do what they are told by them and lowball the trade quotes.
the electrical quote from roadway to fix electrical was 3800 as i had a fire and the house was gutted and electrical requires after a fire every part of electrical touched by smoke has to be removed and rewired .
actual quote from blakeney electric who i might add is a great electrician 16272 to remove and replace all electrical and breaker panel.
they will leave your house in shambles after be called out for no permit and do not even know building codes as i asked jason caissy if there was an insulation code and he said no .his qoute 3800.
actual quote from another great company excel weatherseal 12000 to bring house up to code.
another quote from him was 12000 for my kitchen cabinets was 12000 .
actual quote based on my pictures of my custom framed cabinets with maple dove tail drawers from another great company turtle creek cabinets 19000.
he had maritime fireplace come in and state the pellet furnace appeared in good working order when confronted by me he confessed he didnt turn it on lmao good one .
best one of all is flooring quote he got was ritchies carpet flooring quoting 3900 dollars over on products ( hard wood floor,tile and click flooring ) as they quoted over 100 sq feet on hardwood , tile and over 200 sq feet on click flooring .
window quote from maritime door and window was for 7 windows a normal front door and a french door with no warranty as service master is to do labour work was the same price 12000
my window quote from window world was the same price plus two basement windows and a two year warranty as these are professionals doing the work not like the service master pros roflmao
bathroom quote based on picture he sent was 5700 1300 labor to be done also by service master lol was for a tub with nothing not even same brand theres a Merrill tub same size
my tub neptune 41 jet kit tub 3000 american and can be up to 13000 with installation they did not even mention my neo stand up shower or pedestall sink for total of 17000 for bathroom.
then the real issue is the invoice for a tear out or lol part of it 19,032 in which they charge for work that was not even touched like taking out light fixtures 11 stated and 6 were stating bathroom and two bedrooms were done which were not over charged on every sq footage of materials removed .
so in closing be very weary if they are recommended to you and insist on the required permits as they are important in getting proper inspections from the government which in turn will protect you from both

WITH EXCEPTION TO THE STAR OF SERVICE MASTER HIS NAME IS EVAN HE IS A LABOURER WITH ALOT OF CONSTRUCTION KNOWLEDGE AND CARES AND HAS PRIDE IN HIS WORK UNLIKE OTHER PEOPLE THERE AND THAT IS NOT A JOKE .
