Very impressed with our recent experience with Puroclean (Chad Nicolson) in Cambridge following a chimney fire last winter. They advised us throughout the insurance claim process (which we very much needed), did a great job of presenting us with options for our repairs and went the extra mile in different ways to meet out needs. Highly recommended!

I would like to thank your team for the amazing biohazard cleanup just off Clyde Road. I can now take my dog for walks again without worrying about what we may come into contact with. There isnt as much as a cigarette butt now. Tammy was extremely professional and friendly and I could tell from the few minutes I spoke with her how committed she is to her work.

I called Puroclean to remove vermiculite insulation from the attic of a home I've just purchased. After an initial service blip from one member of their staff, the operations manager, Jenny, and estimator, Chad, went above and beyond to make sure that my request was taken care of quickly and professionally. Thank you.

Amanda Livingston....words can not describe how this manager went above and beyond the call of duty. I would give her a 10 out of 10. The team did my basement renovation due to sump pump failure in Jan/Feb. Fantastic crew and yes it all starts with Amanda and her guidance and direction. My furnace leaked water recently and she was at my doorstep with my call to help me with this issue. I highly recommend her and her team for a job well done. Thank you. Words can no describe how much I appreciated all your help 🤗
