We are very pleased with the experience we had with Promus after a flood in our basement. They came promptly and really put our minds at ease about the whole situation. They were always very professional, friendly, accommodating and really took the time to explain everything to us along the way. We would not hesitate to use them again in the future or recommend them to others. Thanks for everything!

Had them do a water damage claim. Great service! They were prompt, professional, tidy, very polite and the job was done in the time line specified. Very hard working crew. I would not hesitate to have these guys work at my place again.

Called Promus after my sauna burnt down :( They were VERY easy to work with and made a bad situation much more pleasant. Would gladly work with Dan and the boys if any other insurance work ever came up. Thanks!

Anyone with dogs please read!!! Friday July 20th 2018 I was walking my dog right outside of my yard when his leash slipped from my hand, he started to wonder a little towards my neighbors house where a team of workers were. My dog went near the front of the truck into the yard, at this point I have his collar and he is in my hands. I turn to apologize to the workers and explain that I had accidentally let go of his leash and that he was a very friendly dog and it was my mistake. 3/4 of the guys were very friendly and understanding, but one of the workers who had been afraid of dogs I presume. Began to tell me that I was lucky he didn’t have his “tool belt with his hammer in it” he then proceeded to tell me that it could’ve been “bad for my dog”. I completely understand being fearful of dogs, and I also know it is my responsibility to keep my dogs on a leash and I am fully responsible for the fact that I had accidentally let him go, but that being said I don’t appreciate my dog’s well being to be threaten, especially somewhere professional like such. My dog was roughly 9/10 feet away from the man, and he was by my side. He didn’t bark, he wasn’t running around. He walked into the front part of the yard and stood there looking for me. My dog in no way was or is aggressive and he was off the leash for about a minute. Just a heads up for anyone who is looking to do business with this company and has dogs, be cautious & keep your furry friends close!! (also, I am in no way bashing the company. I was just hoping to let other pet owners know that one of the workers aren’t very friendly with dogs.)

I dreaded calling my insurance company to come fix the water damage from my frozen pipes, but they got me in to contact with Promus and it actually went extremely smoothly. They came in and dried out the water damage, replaced everything to spec and got my basement looking (and smelling) new again. A pleasant surprise.
