Overpriced and unable to break down an invoice. Had to defer to another person who said they'd send an itemized breakdown of hours and we never got it. Overcharged us by several hours and never received explanation as to why. Until they correct this peoblem, I stand by the 2 star rating. Sorry Service Masters but you did us a disService.

I would give it a zero, but you can't. So today... after 10 months... after making an appointment to come in December and not showing up and never calling again... after me giving up on them... SERVICE MASTER called to clean my carpet. I already did it myself. I don't want them in my house. They were the worst. They would not show up when they said they would and somehow dragged out a small job for almost a year. If you have an INSURANCE CLAIM and your insurance company gives you the choice to use this bunch, go with a private contractor. No one should use this crappy company.
