Had Todd stop by tonight to check out some moisture/mould that I discovered while renovating my basement. He was on time, very professional/knowledgeable and showed up with all the necessary tools to give me a thorough assessment. Would definitely recommend this company!

We had Todd in our home to help us with a small problem around our sump pump in our basement. He was incredibly professional and thorough. We were lucky that he was willing to take the time to educate us on what we were dealing with so we knew what to do if the issue resurfaced in the future. Would highly recommend PuroCleanDurham!!!!

I can honestly say that Puroclean is the best service company that we have ever hired to our home. From the first phone call to the moment Todd left our house, we were blown away by the service. We called Puroclean this morning after discovering black mold in our windows; we were concerned about a water leak we had a month earlier and the level of humidity in the home. Todd arrived early at the agreed upon time the same afternoon, in the midst of a snow storm, and he was extremely warm and professional. He looked in all of the areas that we requested and patiently answered all of our questions. He understood our concerns (we have young children with another soon on the way) and addressed them with knowledge and empathy. He tested the air and allayed our worries. He offered helpful tips to remedy the situation that would save us money and he provided information on how to avoid further growth. How wonderful and rare to deal with a service company in the home industry that actively tries to lower costs to our family; most want payment and to up-sell you on products and services. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Todd and Puroclean to friends and family and we will call him again in the future.

Amazing work! Todd and his team are fast, efficient and great to work with. They fixed 2 issues for me (dog urine and a sewer backup) and I would recommend them anytime. They are also very well priced.
