We had a water incident in our basement last week and called Pete at Renewit cleaning and restoration. They came out promptly and made us feel at ease right away. They treated our home and belongings with respect and care and fixed our problem perfectly. Our basement has never been so clean and dry. We are so pleased and will recommend them to anyone! Jeanne

We finally decided to refinish our basement after years of planning. The one thing that we did not plan for was a broken sewage pipe raining down on our brand new carpeting. I remembered that a friend had recently suffered from a similar flood in her basement. I called her for a referral and she did not hesitate to refer me to Renewit Cleaning & Restoration. They arrived within 15 minutes and I soon found out that they were backed by years of experience, They were real professionals! They explained everything they were planning on doing including the details of any chemicals that they might use. They made sure that everything was organic and completely non-toxic. They helped me to rest assured that in a very short time it would be safe to let my toddler and pets crawl around once again in our new family room. I would recommend this company to anyone at anytime. I would have given them more stars if I had the option because they were wonderful! Thank you Tony and crew! You guys were the best!

Thank you for excellent expertise and knowledge when tackling on out severe mold problem. The Renewit folks did a fast and efficient job! Thanks for your patience with our household and being considerate and concerned for the health safety of our dogs since the basement is part of their living arrangements.

Quick to act, very thorough, and came back a week later to make sure the job was done right....was on vacation when my basement flooded, thankfully my neighbors found it. Anyway I called and made arrangements over the phone and come home to an almost back to normal home. They came again when I was home to check with me personally. We highly recommend Renewit Cleaning & Restoration.Â Upon returning from a vacation, we found extensive water damage on two floors.Â We called Renewit and a crew of 4 arrived in a timely manner, even though we lived two hours away from Rochester.Â They brought in 4 huge dehumidifiers, several large fans, tested for mold and worked for at least 8 hours.Â After an extensive clean-up, they left their equipment running for a week until everything was dry.Â We were extremely pleased with their service and professionalism.
