Mary and Lisa were great holding my hand through the initial process when I found 3 inches of water in my basement. Kevin and Mary were wonderful and supportive when they came to the house to inspect it. Jeremy and Quinton were superstars when it came to helping me through the emotional experience of having to dispose of so much stuff. Everyone was kind, thoughtful, considerate, and professional throughout this almost week-long process. I would highly recommend them if you ever find yourself in this horrible situation.

They overcharge they charge for every air mover and Dehumidifier that they plugged up and they charge you for it don’t tell you the boss Paul is very races and he takes a vantage of people who don’t understand the meaning of restoration company he will use you for every dollar insurance company will give be careful people open your eyes and don’t use them you’re better off using construct a team

First contact was great, I spoke with very friendly and professional people. We had a time sensitive issue since we were within a seven day inspection window. Over the course of the first three days I never received callbacks or an email reply to the initial phone request. I called three separate times and I was politely informed their tech would review the mold damage file I sent and would call be back asap. Two weeks later I have yet to ever get a call back. These were the friendliest and most unreliable folks I've yet to work with. Zero reliability. I would have rather them told me they are too busy for a quick turn around and I would have been perfectly happy with that answer since I live in reality-land and sometimes a business just doesn't have the manpower to do a job that is time-sensitive.
