I have worked with Troy Webber, from Clean Air Contracting, for over ten years. First with my real estate clients, and at my own house. He tests for air quality, asbestos, mold and/or moisture in crawl spaces, attics, basements, wherever the need and/or appearance of a problem arises. Always gives honest opinion. Reviews test results from the lab to determine what, if anything, should be remediated. Sealed my crawl space. No problems since. My clients also appreciate Troy's responsiveness, professionalism, and, especially, his honesty. He will not recommend you do anything, unless warranted. based on lab results. I would highly recommend this company, and do, to anyone with concerns about potential mold, air quality, water damage, etc.

Clean Air Contracting did a superb job in our attic and crawl space. Troy was always professional and personable. He laid out the job in detail and created an ambitious schedule, which he and his team actually completed early. This was a big help for us due to a looming deadline. The cost of the project was FAR lower than other estimates yet the workmanship was impeccable and both areas passed independent inspection. They even did some minor carpentry to improve our tight attic access and the price was very reasonable. There was one minor detail that was overlooked. We called attention to it and it was promptly addressed. We are very satisfied with Clean Air Contracting and would hire them again without hesitation.

Troy and his team are outstanding. Troy scoped out my job, helped clarify expectations, made a few recommendations on how I could save money...and then came in and executed the prescribed remediation. I went from extremely high mold exposure in my home, to virtually zero mold exposure. We are now breathing easier and sleeping well thanks to Troy and his team. I highly recommend Clean Air Contracting for your mold remediation needs. You will not regret choosing Clean Air Contracting.

Clean Air Contracting & Remediation was very upfront with assessing my mold damage. The air quality tests were done timely and were verified by a third party. I felt that Troy Webber was pleasant to talk to, very professional very honest. He took the time to answer all of my questions and I felt his his word was trustworthy. I will so recommend this company to the next person that asks me how to fix their mold problems.

Clean Air Conditioning and Remediation help us with our mold situation numerous ways. 1. Responded quickly and submitted a fair estimate within 48 hours 2. The stated the job when promised and stayed on schedule 3. The crew work diligently and performed extra tasks if required 4. Help coordinate efforts with other sources such as mold inspector and glass company 5. Performed all that was stated in the contract. Very satisfied with the quality of work
