Rick came to out Home was detailed, very clear, and knowledgeable of what we needed done to get rid of our mold. I did a lot of research before choosing them and I felt the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this team! They were professional and got the job done very quickly. I’m excited to have use of my basement again!!

Dutch's came highly recommended to us by a Home Inspector with whom we developed a trusting relationship. We felt that his assessment of mold in our new old home was accurate, honest, thorough, and fairly priced. We felt that Rick was forthright and did a fantastic job. We worked with him in the winter and he watched the weather to identify a break in the cold weather and he came out on one of the first unseasonablely warm days to get started on the job (since we required work in the attic/roof). He was professional, and he and his employees got the job done in a very timely manner. We recommend him without reservation.

Rick came to our home to assess a mold issue in our attic, and provided a very extensive explanation of the nature of our problem and the actions required to correct. He provided a detailed offer by email later that evening, and said he would be monitoring the weather (currently February) for conditions which would allow his crew to work safely and the materials to work correctly. He contacted us about 5 days in advance of what was being forecast for suitable weather, and he and his crew showed up promptly that morning. They were very careful to avoid any mess or damage to our home as they went about their work. When they concluded, the scope of work was completed to our full satisfaction at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend Rick's company, Dutch's Mold Inspection & Remediation Services, to anyone in need of such services. Highest marks !!

Peggy in Strongsville, OH I had Dutch's come out to assess and remediate the black mold problem in my attic in Strongsville. I was extremely happy with the promptness, courtesy, and professionalism he and his crew demonstrated while doing the work at my home. They kept me up to date on the progress and took the time to explain things to me. They finished the job in a timely manner and were very careful about making sure that there was no mess made in my home. I would highly recommend them to others whom might need their services. It was the best experience I have had with work being done on my home.
