Complete scam artists this company was contacted to estimate the cost of repair for a roof on a elderly mans home by insurance company they then had Byron roofing to estimate for them once they submitted there estimate the insured agreed to the cost of a roof not to the company to install there scheduling was a year out so the home owner opted to get paid out from the insurance company and choose a contractor of his choice the house sold service master and Byron roofing was aware of all of this situation so they then sent a invoice for a simple roof tarp that they never installed further more never had permission to do so regardless the invoice was for close to half of there estimate of cost to do the roof for a simple tarp that was never installed now they have handed it over to a collections agent by the name of the credit bureau from Woodstock Ontario and will not supply a signed purchase order or listen when explaining that was never a tarp even installed this is a complete scam trying to take a old mans money for work never done or had permission to do so regardless this is a fraudulent act and the credit bureau is very negligent in the matter there secretary would not even give the company’s info over the phone or allow a voice mail for record sake to be recorded the head man explain that regardless the elderly man will be sued for the amount owing and ServiceMaster refuses to comply by sending any info very very very dishonest group of company’s including Byron roofing because there Forman who explained the work could not be done tell spring 2019 was told that they are not contracted to do any work at that home and went crews out to replace metal trim regardless the workers when showed up was explain to the same then when the elderly man came home the metal trim was installed anyway absolutely absurd legal action will be taken to rectify any problems caused from this situation including stress related health issues from the threatening phone calls
