Needed repair done on my fence after the May 2018 wind storm. This was an insurance claim and I was not happy with the way it was dealt with. This team entered my property through/over the broken fence to assess the damage. They didn't ever speak with me until I chased them down. There was no truth being told to me by this team. Every delay they blamed on the sub-contractors. They (Steve Smith) was busy negotiating with my insurance company for terms prior to confirming a contractor and didn't disclose this up front. When you are already stressed this is not how you should "handle" people. I have a large pool in the back and was concerned or the safety of all who could access my property through the damaged fence. The team in the office were not really any more pleasant to deal with. This took almost two months to get repaired. If you can deal with the insurance adjusters yourself and hire a contractor, I would strongly advise that you do so. You will be much happier in the long run. I would not recommend using this group to facilitate your repairs/restorations.
