We used Got Mold at the Hotel Senator a few times now and have been extremely pleased. James and his staff are professional, courteous, and prices were very reasonable compared to other services we have used in the past. The crew is professional, and clean up was excellent. Highly recommend!

Could not be more unhappy with my experience with this company, from the work done and all the way up to the CEO. I was bumped a week which messed with my tight timeline that they knew I had, and because of the bump my test results and clearing the room so I could re enter the room were delayed because of the Easter long weekend meant an additional 4 day wait. Not to mention the amount of mold that the rest of my house was exposed to as a result of their material handling sending my allergies and asthma into a frenzy. My concerns meant nothing and my emails and calls were met with disrespect and not a single apology. Throughout the whole process of dealing with your company we were made to feel as though our business wasn’t important. Initially being pushed back a week was bad enough, but then after being assured it was a one day job, we were then told that your machine would need to be run an additional day, then due to the long weekend you wouldn’t be back to remove the equipment until the following week was worse. It pushed back our schedule, and completely inconvenienced myself. Far be it from me to tell you how to run your business, but in my experience when a customer is repeatedly inconvenienced, and made to feel like their timelines do not matter, a proper business should go out of their way to make it right. We suggested a discount would make the inconveniences a little better to tolerate, and we gave ample opportunity for your local office and for yourself to make this right before we posted any negative reviews. In the future, I’d suggest you remember that every customer is important, regardless of size, and timelines matter for everyone, not just yourself.

After the 2013 Flood in High River, having the Got Mold? crew come into our home and help us ensure that our come was dry, safe and mold free was truly wonderful. They were friendly, understanding, and their services didn't break the bank! They gave us a peace of mind knowing mold would not come back to haunt us in the future. I high recommend you find their services nearest you!
