We had a grey water sewer flood caused by an unqualified contractor. Tyler and his crew came in and restored my basement to a state where you would never know what had happened. Professional, skilled, courteous and easy to work with, we are extremely happy with the results.

SDS was great! Quick and efficient to clean up after our business door was smashed. Thanks to your friendly staff!

Chandra and her crew were fantastic. The clean up was fast, efficient and all the mess was gone without a trace. They were professional and respectful and always kept us posted on the job status and next step. Tyler, Dalton and crew were fantastic on the rebuild side. The quality of work and professionalism was great! They all went the extra mile taking the pain out of a bad situation. Thank you! Thank you!

Quick to respond, prices are astronomical

I didn’t hire Saskatoon Disaster Services, and they still did great work for me. We live in an apartment condo, and the upstairs neighbour had water damage in her bathroom. She hired SDS. As they began her restoration, a faulty pipe joint broke and caused water damage to our bathroom ceiling. SDS, without a moment’s hesitation, added our bathroom to their work at our neighbour’s. The staff working at my home were polite and professional, and my contact person, Tyler, was a clear communicator. They were mindful of my children and cat, and accommodated my family’s usual routines. While, like with any restoration or renovation job, there were a few minor glitches, they were resolved quickly and completely. I felt comfortable to raise any questions or concerns because the staff were approachable. My bathroom has a new ceiling and fan, and a fresh coat of paint. It looks great! I am happy with the quality of work, and the speed with which they did it. They also did a good job cleaning up each day. I appreciate their hard work! The only thing I’d suggest they do differently is to use more inclusive language about the staff. I know it’s customary in the industry to refer to the employees as “my guys” or “the guys.” But I wish it was standard practice to say “the crew” or “the team” or “my staff” - especially since SDS does have female staff members. This minor gripe is not unique to SDS and wouldn’t deter me from hiring SDS in the future. Many thanks to the great crew at SDS, who did things right by us! High fives all around!!
