We have known Ava Hillier and most of the staff at Hillier and Hillier for many years. Having worked in a related field we were constantly exposed to a wide range of highly skilled and successful lawyers. In January of 2022 I was involved in a life changing personal injury accident and the first and only person that both my wife and I knew we needed to call was Ava Hillier. Having witnessed Ava in action first hand, my wife was fully convinced that she was the best in her field. Without hesitation we contacted her and put ourselves totally and confidently in her hands. Simply put, Ava was wonderful. At every step in this process we were guided by her warm and caring heart and felt a great sense of relief knowing that she was working so hard for us. 5 stars. We dealt with Eddie Wiley who I highly "5 star" recommend. For us, it all started that dreaded night when 2 police officers knocked on the door to state your child who was a passenger in a MV was in a serious life changing accident. Eddie worked tirelessly, went above & beyond with both the AB Claim and the Tort Claim, in addition taking time out of his own personal schedule when needed. Our story is a very long one and it took awhile to resolve, solely due to the unwillingness of the insurnace company to see the severity of the MVA and the permanent damages it caused. Through our personal ups, downs, Eddie always stood by our side. With his knowledge of personal injury law, gentle persistence, kinds words, supportive, guidance, shoulder to lean on and especially patience, we made it to the end of our journey and our time with Eddie Wiley at Hillier and Hillier has come to an end (although we still have a long road of physical and psychological recovery ahead of us due to this traumatic MVA). Very Special Thanks to Eddie and his support team (Emily, Diana and staff), considered family, we couldn't have made it through this without you, Forever grateful.
