I would like to thank Allan and his staff for all the help I received with my insurance company. Before I saw Allan I was dealing with my insurance company on my own and was having great difficulties. After a few weeks I realized I was going to need help and was referred to Bayda Disability law firm. It was the best move I ever made and after my first visit I no longer had to deal with the insurance company and I was without stress. Allan and his staff were very helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns without hesitation. They even went beyond what I was expecting and I got a settlement as well that was extremely fair. I highly recommend them.

Before I contacted Bayda Law Firm, I was going to give up on my disability insurance problem. Then someone gave me their number, and from the first time that I talked with Allan, I was impressed with his understanding of the situation. Over the next year or two, while they worked on my file, I was impressed with Allan and his staff, not just the work that went into my case, but the genuine support that I received along the way. I always felt that Allan and his staff were friendly and supportive. Eventually my case was resolved very much the way that Allan had predicted in the beginning. I was not required to pay for anything upfront and I felt that Allan treated me very fairly. When I first met Allan, he took the time to explain the process and keep me calm. I was told it could take 2-3 years to settle but we settled in 10 or 11 months from the time I stepped into his office! My meetings with Allan were never rushed - he always listened, asked questions and got all the right information.
