In 2016, I suffered a traumatic injury to my mouth and teeth as a result of chewing down on the unexpected pit of an olive. After losing a once-perfectly healthy molar to this pit, I learned that I would need a dental implant and permanent crown. The team at Litwiniuk and Company listened to my situation and determined that I had a solid case with which to work. They worked on my case using and we followed a Contingency Fee Agreement. This agreement helped ease my mind greatly. My case was recently settled out of court after negotiations with the defendant's lawyer. The team who worked with me on the case for the past two years have been transparent, honest, helpful, and patient with the many questions I asked during the process. They guided me through many steps in the process and sought my input along the way. We communicated frequently through phone and email and they made clear to me, in advance, of what sort of timeline to expect and of the various possibilities.
