In 2016, I suffered a traumatic injury to my mouth and teeth as a result of chewing down on the unexpected pit of an olive. After losing a once-perfectly healthy molar to this pit, I learned that I would need a dental implant and permanent crown. These procedures are costly so in order to have these paid for, I needed to seek compensation with the help the law firm of Litwiniuk and Company. The team at Litwiniuk and Company listened to my situation and determined that I had a solid case with which to work. They worked on my case using and we followed a Contingency Fee Agreement. This agreement helped ease my mind greatly. My case was recently settled out of court after negotiations with the defendant's lawyer. The team who worked with me on the case for the past two years have been transparent, honest, helpful, and patient with the many questions I asked during the process. They guided me through many steps in the process and sought my input along the way. We communicated frequently through phone and email and they made clear to me, in advance, of what sort of timeline to expect and of the various possibilities. When i first chose Litwiniuk & Company to assist me with my motor vehicle accident injuries, i didn't quite know what to expect. But i walked into their office with an open mind and gave all my trust to them. I had nothing more to lose at this point. I suffered from serious injuries after my accident and all of the staff at Litwiniuk were there to help whenever i needed them or had any questions about my case. From the moment I walked through the door, I knew I was in good hands. The lawyers were very kind and were always helpful. They actually treated me like a person, rather than just another "business contact." They were always understanding and patient and MORE than willing to offer their professional advice.
