Braithwaite Boyle Accident Injury Law

I deeply regret choosing Braithwaite Boyle to represent me. Choose a company that at least has the decency speak to you directly before throwing out your case after 2 years. They are heartless bullies. I have lost faith in all lawyers because of the way I was treated here. I don't even have a high school diploma, yet I was able to find stones that they left un-turned. After 2 years, being led to believe that I had a "worth-while" case, 2 years of struggling, trusting that Braithwaite Boyle was fighting for me, eagerly awaiting the next phone call so that we could take the next step forward; I received a letter in the mail. A LETTER stating that my lawyer left the company, a senior lawyer reviewed my case and thought that we couldn't win so they just, simply, dropped it. I phoned in, was ripped apart by the senior lawyer and was left in tears without a shred of hope. I was just a kid and didn't know how to stand up to a lawyer over the phone, much less a bully. 8 years later I called back JUST to see if they happened to still have my paperwork on file. I knew it was a long shot and had accepted that it was probably too late. Instead of simply being told that they shred documents after 'X' amount of years, I was attacked by the same senior lawyer I had spoken to over the phone originally! For some reason, she felt the need to belittle me and make me feel small for not seeking out another lawyer immediately after Braithwaite Boyle tossed me to the curb. I was calling in for a simple request, I was not looking for an argument, yet I was met with verbal intimidation, drilled with questions, interrupted in my response and left in tears while feeling broken, totally and utterly defeated. Now I remember why I didn't call another lawyer. I was a young girl, barely surviving life on my own, injured and unable to hold a job. After 2 years of trusting in this Law Firm, jumping through the hoops and trying to fight for my future, I was cast aside and then ripped apart over the phone; well, not only was I unable to go through all of that again or find the time do it, there was no way that I could handle the emotional turmoil of being bullied and belittled by the people that I trust it to take care of me, yet again! 10 years later this whole situation still haunts me, and so does the injury.

Incredibly rude to deal with we will be going with someone else to handle the personal injury suit.

Nice commercials and plenty of advertisements. However when I called and asked them about me falling on ice at Walmart I was recommended to try somebody else. Very disappointed
