I retained Field Law in regards to a family matter. To date, the service that I have received has been non existent and disrespectful. They were extremely slow in processing documents on a time sensitive matter, causing extra delays for all parties involved. The only constant is the monthly invoice for "services rendered". I have asked for an explanation, and status report. Silence is the norm. Oh, but I did get a reminder of funds owing. For the total disregard in my affairs, I requested that a court document be couriered overnight. It was done, except for one thing:; the documents did not have a court stamp on them. They did expedite, and correct their basic 1st year law student error, and promptly billed me. This firm was recommended to me by a family friend, and I was assured that my needs would be taken care of. In this case, only my bank account has been "take care of" and not in my favour. If I could, Field Law would get no stars.

I hired Field Law to represent me and my companies on a couple of cases in the past. I and my companies are plaintiff's in another matter in Court of Queens Bench action against another law firm and their lawyers (Field Law is not representing me. I am representing myself and my companies) The other parties hired Field Law to fight me. Mr. Peter D. Gibson ( lawyer/partner of Field Law) is representing them. I reminded him that they are my Lawyers. He came back with this and I quote " this action does not give rise to a conflict of interest or a breach any duty owed to you or to the Plaintiff corporations". How about Breaching my trust?
