If anyone ever needs help with appealing a denied disability claim this is the place to go. I felt completely defeated until I went there. This is a first class attorney. Kip Wayerski and his staff were fantastic. He won my case and did a fantastic job preparing the information for the judge. I believe had it not been for him I could have been denied again. Kip proved my case to the judge and was so prepared at the hearing. I couldn't be happier! Thank you Kip and Kara too!

The last 5 years have been very overwhelming, but Wayerski and Zmolek Injury Law Firm have been by my side through it all. Calling me, making sure I am informed with all my different appointments and answering any questions or concerns I had. It was my absolute pleasure to work with Kip and his staff. Everyone was friendly, super helpful, and very professional. I had sought Kip’s help after dealing with Social Security for at least a year, and having been denied disability twice, though I met the criteria due to kidney failure. Kip not only won my case, but made the whole experience so much easier to handle. I felt very taken care of and that I had an ally during the process, someone who was in my corner. I know that I couldn’t have done any of this without him, and would choose Wayerski And Zmolek again in a second!
