John and Charlene did an amazing job handling my case with ICBC after a nasty car accident where a new driver ran a stop sign. No stress, took care of everything, did not have to deal with ICBC directly a single time. All I had to do was focus on recovering while everything was handled professionally for me, got a fair settlement for all the hassle.

After speaking to multiple lawyers about an ongoing ICBC claim, I listened to my gut and went with John. Almost four years after our first meeting, I see that I made the best decision at that time. Sukhmani Dhaliwal in the office took my case and she did an amazing job from beginning to end. She was great at communicating whenever needed and it was clear that she kept my interest as the main priority. I am very happy with my settlement with ICBC and I don't think it would be possible without the help of John and Sukhmani.
