I was able to receive comprehensive, free advice just by calling in. The lawyer I spoke to gave me tons of information and advice over an entire hour, completely free of charge or obligation. He was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and compassionate. I even called back the next day with more questions and was connected with the same lawyer who continued to speak to me for free. If I ever require representation, I'll be sure to choose the Preszler Law Firm just because of their humanity.

Josie was the best lawyer I could have asked for. She kept in touch when needed, and promptly replied to all my emails and questions. She was committed to doing the best she could for my case, and I couldn’t have asked for better service! The staff who answered calls and emails were very pleasant to work with as well!

I would have voted no stars if it were an option. Chatting on their web site is a farse. You end up telling them your information and then having to wait days for a reply all for them to have wasted your time to tell you they are NOT taking no more clients. They get your hope up only to bring you more down feeling worse then you did before chatting to a representative.

The only thing making the office a good thing is the customer service on staff this why I rated it a 3 stars. thank goodness they are sweet and kind. But if your personal injury is not one that you get more then 8000 go elsewhere as the lawyer I spoke with so inhuman towards you. oh sorry I will never recommend them from that lawyer being so rude.
