I am beyond pleased with HLG and their level of professionalism and care they have provided me during my time of need. Jacqueline Small is the best in her field. Her guidance and persistence help me get the settlement I deserved. Thank you to Jacqueline and her whole team I could not be happier.

I am so pleased to have hired Jacqueline to help me with my ICBC claim. She took the stress away and I always felt that she was in my corner fighting for me. She helped me over the course of several years and she worked hard towards my settlement. I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone and everyone.

Jacqueline was recommended to me by a friends co-worker, I reached out to her in February 2016 to discuss my ICBC claim. She replied promptly and we set up a meeting to discuss the details and next steps of my claim. Jacqueline and everyone at Holness Law were friendly, helpful and professional. My case has now completed, and I couldn't be happier with the recommendation to work with Jacqueline. I would certainly recommend anyone questioning their new or ongoing ICBC claim to reach out to Jacqueline for her advice.

I hired Jacqueline Small after a hit and run accident 3 years ago while visiting family in Vancouver. She was very professional and put my mind at ease with clear communication and suggestions for moving forward. Much of the stress of dealing with ICBC was eliminated and I was confident that the right steps were being taken as she is thorough and very open in discussing the process of moving through the claim. I highly recommend Jacqueline as a Personal Injury Lawyer. She is personable, knowledgable, and very professional. I was very happy with my settlement and believe I owe it to her hard work and dedication to my case. She is a pleasure to work with.

I was injured in a motor vehicle accident. The ICBC adjuster was initially very friendly and helpful, but then things changed dramatically after a few months. I needed help and I started looking for lawyers to represent me. I hired Jacqueline Small of Holness Law Group and I could not have been happier with her service. She was friendly and very knowledgeable. She was always very accessible when I called to talk to her or when I emailed her. If she was not available, she got back to me quickly. She dealt with me directly instead of through her assistants and answered my questions clearly and honestly. I am happy with my result and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. Thanks Jackie!!!
