Very Caring and knowledgeable law firm. Working with Andrea Davidson on a serious accident that my father had was less stressful with her help. They find the right people for you to talk to and get all communications sorted between insurance .. doctors .. etc. I was worried what law firm to go with and I am very happy I did my research and found them. Futerman Partners LLP is one of the best, if not the best, legal firm in the city. I have dealt with Brian Horowtiz a few times and have received exceptional results. His approach is beyond fantastic. Brian is a family oriented man who believes in receiving top results for his clients whom he builds great relationships with. There is no other lawyer that I would recommend in this city (and there are a lot of them!) They say that sometimes you have to be born into the profession you are in and I believe that Brian Horowitz certainly attributes these characteristics of a hardworking, dedicated, loyal and charismatic individual whom you can truth. In 2009, my mother was involved in a very serious car accident that left her paralyzed--her injuries have left her as an “incomplete quadriplegic.” Needless to say, this experience turned our lives upside down, and inside out. The amount of care that was required for my mother was incomprehensible, and dealing with the insurance company was a complete nightmare. We needed a lawyer immediately. From the first meeting we had with Mr. Brian Horowitz of Futerman Partners, he helped my family by relieving the pressures of dealing with the insurance company. That was very important to me especially because there were more important things to worry about, like keeping my mother alive. From the outset Mr. Horowitz explained to us the process that lay ahead. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient. On many occasions Mr. Horowitz has visited my mother at our home to discuss the case with her directly. This has been extremely important for my mother, who at times feels as though she has no control over her situation. My mother has expressed to me many times that she is grateful to have such a kind and caring person defending her. Mr. Horowitz is hardworking, sympathetic and trustworthy, traits that are so very important in a situation like my mother’s. We, my mother, myself and my family, are so grateful for everything Brian has done for us. He is truly the best! Thank you Brian (and Futerman Partners) for protecting my mother’s rights, and helping us to take care of her.
