I waited several months deliberating whether to claim for a delay of more than three hours to a flight from Malta to Manchester for my wife and myself. Went online to obtain a claim form but couldn't face the hassle of arguing with the airline. While online I came across the advert for Bott & Co and decided to take up their easier option. This was a great decision because several weeks later we each received our compensation payment without any further intervention on our part with the airline. Both & Co kept us fully informed at every step of the process. A great service!

If I could give More I would. 10 star service throughout all of my claim. (Personal injury) always kept me updated of what was going on. Anytime I had to ring/email i would always speak to someone who genuinely was a friendly person. Most professional service I have ever received and in such short time as well. 1. Big thanks to Bott & Co for settling my claim against Air France. As a football fan we and 30 others were left overbooked in Paris. I am getting fed up with shoddy treatment from airlines who cannot get their act together. Very happy with the outcome of my claim as its the first one I have done. Cheers team. Well recommended. Website seemed great, very informative, but it turns out very misleading. It insinuates on there that you can potentially make a claim for holiday sickness if you don't have a diagnosis but that's categorically not the case. When you get a call back, they ask that first of all and if you don't that's it no chance of them helping you. If that's their policy no problem, but they could save people a lot of time by making this clear on their website and not misleading people into contacting them for help. When I tried to feed back to the lady that called that their website was misleading I just got excuses and reasoning, not really the right attitude to customer feedback , though she was polite and did say she would pass it on. I bet she wouldn't though. Oh and it says online on google and on their site they're open at weekends but apparently that isn't the case.

Highly professional. Having already claimed our costs following a 24 hour flight delay we had no idea that we were also entitled to significant compensation. Worth their fee as we would not have achieved this without legal assistance.
