I was very pleased with the knowledge and friendliness of Brown Beattie O'Donovan. They were able to arrange a meeting with one of their lawyers, Paul Linley, on very short notice given my immediate legal need. I had called well over 20 employment law firms that day trying to arrange a same-day appointment. This was the only firm that was able to accommodate that. Their London office is located immediately down town with readily accessible parking and bus accessibility. Mr. Linley was everything I could have hoped for in seeking help in my situation. He was friendly, welcoming, and courteous. He patiently listened, took notes, and asked appropriate questions. He addressed all of my questions (including one that I had forgotten to ask in-person and had to send an email regarding). BBO provided the initial consultation without cost, which is a diminishing practice in modern law firms. I can't thank him and BBO enough for being so helpful. I will not hesitate to retain BBO and Mr. Linley if needed. Hopefully, his general information will provide enough guidance that I will not need to do so. I would highly recommend this firm and Mr. Linley to anyone seeking assistance in employment related law or any of the other areas of law within which they practice.

Not the firm it used to be. They seem to now be trading on their reputation alone. Previous lawyer moved to a bigger organization. His replacement was younger, failed badly at communication, and did not seem to have a sense of urgency about anything. Not a single apology from the firm for their shortcomings or lack of communication.

I used this law firm and lawyer Jennifer Chapman!! Jennifer guided me and my family through the process of what needed to be done so we could be compensated for the motor vehicle accident my husband and I had been involved in and which we were not at fault and also left me unable to be gainfully employed for the rest of my life at the age of 40!! Jennifer took charge from the first time we met and lead us through each step of the process from applying for CPP Disability and everything involved with a lawsuit and mediation and was very professional and treated me and my family with the utmost respect!! If I ever found myself in a position where I needed a personal injury lawyer I would not hesitate to call this firm again and Jennifer!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Jennifer!!

Bob Seabrook retired left my case to this other lawyer named Jenn. Worst I've ever seen . Don't call you back for months and totally bombed on my case. Do not use her. As for anyone else I can't speak on. But she will not do a good job. This firm should drop her fast . Lazy as they come not someone you want fighting for a jub jub...... hope this helps someone find another firm .
