Second Attorney's Office that Charges you, $200.00 to make appointment. . Then you show up and Vanier says ,Yes you have a case and will call you back...They DO NOT CALL YOU BACK, I paid them $200.00,to Be Scammed bye them not DOING anything for me But Lie to me and take my money. Then I call for a follow up and get secretary that says Vanier will call back, I ask for Email as I do not have answering machine, and Hearing Issue. Of course its hard for them to dispute their own writing. They take all this info before you see attorney, Why NO denial letter or refund? They ACCEPTED THE MONEY BUT REFUSE THE JOB? MORE UNTOUCHABLE RIP OFF ARTIST??

Hired them to represent me during a child custody case and they provided poor advice. Had a different attorney (Nichols) show up on my trial date than the one I had been dealing with leading up to the date (Vanier). Document they provided to me in court was incorrect. They gave me a document with 14 conditions and when the order came through those conditions were not in my order. When I inquired they said the document I was provided was incorrect when Nichols was the attorney that handed it to me. They settled my case poorly with extremely unfavorable terms and it was all done verbally. I had nothing in writing to make this decision that has effected the rest of my life and my relationship with my child. I trusted my attorney and they led me astray. During settlement Nichols refused to have everyone in the same room and literally rushed me through with making my decision. When attempting to follow up with a violation of the order I could not contact Vanier or Nichols by phone, email or even in their office. Vanier even missed phone appointments. Vanier informed me through email he was too busy for my case and instructed me to find another attorney. Which I have done. My new attorney informed me that their settlement was a “bad deal” and would be extremely difficult to enforce or alter as it provides the other party with an excessive amount of discretion and control. They’re probably great injury attorneys looking for the big settlement payday. But for family court, if you love your child, look elsewhere.
