Speaking from the perspective of a parent who has first-hand experience, both my children find the course work challenging and enjoyable, mainly due to the passionate faculty that do their best to make learning fun. Student life at SHS is engaging and rich. There is always something exciting going on, be it their next trip, a school play, a performance in assembly, or the next big sports game. Successes are celebrated school wide, with a popular assembly happening every once in a while, and slide shows and memories playing endlessly. My kids both love going to school each day and having fun.

This school is very special. Special is a word that cannot begin to describe what they do. Their academics are AWESOME and the sports and extracurricular activities are great! Plus, the teachers are nice which makes the kids feel like they’re always having fun. Please, please stay forever. I want my kids to continue to go to your school. Considering the alternative, I feel fortunate to be here.

This is much more than just a school. It's a place where children really learn in creative and positive ways. The extra curricular programs and the homework clubs are so nice. Homework is loved by all, as is sports and extracurricular activities. This school is a true gem.

Sherwood Heights is a magical safe place where kids get to be kids. They become academically organized, thoughtful, smart and caring people ready to go out and make a difference in the world.
