Have been here at least 6 times and every time leave very happy. All the staff are incredibly professional, especially Amber. She will bend over backwards to accommodate everyone. She keeps the salon running smoothly. Jennifer, who is scheduled to graduate in Feb is amazing! I've seen 4 different stylists and they are all very well trained and do great work.

I always have great Pedicures + Manicures. The students are polite and never disappoint, the service's do take a little longer, and the prices are reasonable.

I am not impressed at all with this school. Went three time , two times to dye my hair and once for my nails. Let me start with the nails. The girl had no idea what ballerina shape was and I was doing acrylic, she put a lot of afford into it but none of my nails at the end looked the same. The teacher never came by to check on her and I can say her work was awful. What i was surprised with is the teacher who was on her phone inn front of the costumers and did not give a damn to come and check her student's work. Once the student finished she came and check and congratulated the student which shocked me . Her work was terrible for a student almost graduating . Moving on with my hair, I went there twice , paid money for my hair and left that place almost crying. Nothing that i asked was part of the final product that 's why I don't recommend anyone to go there unless you follow the student Instagram page and like his/her work. The whole experiencing was so disappointing.

Had an amazing wash/cut/style with Breann last Saturday. She was thorough and paid attention to detail. She verified the length I wanted cut and how I wanted it styled. She clearly explained what products she was going to use and why. She also checked in with the instructor before proceeding. It was easy to make an appointment and the front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating when I needed to change my appointment time. Canâ€™t go wrong for $15! My hair looked amazing and I got a lot of compliments on it.

Worst experience, I showed up for my appointment, turns out they cancelled it on me without letting me know. I rescheduled even though I was very upset that I drove all the way there. Show up the following Tuesday, turns out the student I was supposed to get my hair done by didn't feel like showing up, or for the rest of the week actually. They could care less, said it happened allll the time. They should have an alternate plan for when things like this happen. How do there students graduate with not showing up for their appointments? On top of it all, the staff/admin were incredibly unprofessional, they made it seem like I was over reacting and treated me like garbage they said i would get "25% off". The one director actually made me cry, I had skipped class and also drove 30 min (again) for an appointment. I ended up with a hairstylist, she was really nice, and did a good job, way more professional than her superiors. She seemed to be the only student there who know what she was doing, probably because she worked at a salon already and they were teaching her stuff elsewhere. But i still ended up paying $130 which is ridiculous as this is a school... Not impressed, will never go back. Hopefully this review steers people away from booking appointments here.
