cancel classes a lot

Great instructors. Could use better customer service skills at desk.

Constantly canceled bookings for all students, no regard for booking system. (Good flying instructors)

Not impressed. Booked a scenic tour for today for my anniversary and they didn't think to call me to tell me that my flight was cancelled. Even though I called earlier that week asking what would happen if the weather wasn't up to par for flying. They told me that they would give me a call the morning of, if it wasn't to work out and to just come on in if I didn't receive a call. Also extremely inconvient, I can't book another tour for another two weeks.

Ottawa Flying Club is the best aviation flight training unit I have ever joined. Every single person in the school is awesomen! The Cheif Flying Instructor Andrew Simpson has a solid control over the school with its hundreds of passtionate pilots, very professional, respecftul. In terms of instructors, So far I have not had any issues at all with any instructor. You show up for a flight and they are hanging around giving senior advices, recommendations, help in anytging that you need. If you are in Ottawa and would love to become a pilot, why don't you come down to OFC for an intro flight with one of their professional commercial instructors then see what you want to do. Do not go to Ottawa Aviation Services, I got my private license from there and it was the worst mistake I committed.
