All 5 of my kids went to this school, Alhamdulillah. Amazing school with beautiful teachings. I’m happy my kids got to experience growing up in a Muslim environment. Currently, my 8 year old grandchild is going here and memorizing Quran wonderfully, and learning so much from the amazing teachers.

Wallahi a truly Islamic environment for children and teens. This school walks the talk… joining between Islam and a great education. Everyone in this school is like family … they even run after school ongoing events and activities to keep at it. My children were in kg, grade 7 and grade 9 All years are great, teachers and honest and plenty of activities and sports. Well done Al taqwa … we are sad we have to leave Canada and Al taqwa. Wish you the best. In sha Allah all seekers will find this true gem.

Alhamdulillah, I graduated from Taqwa last year, and it will always hold a special place in my heart. Out of all the schools I’ve attended, Taqwa felt like home. It’s where I truly grew in my faith, my character, and my knowledge. The teachers and classmates were like family, always there to support and guide me. I’ll forever be grateful for the daily reminders and the love I received from everyone. Thank you, Taqwa, for everything! You’ll always be a part of me 🥰

I'd like to say this school is great it has many great qualities but there is one issue this issue is the students and how the teachers treat the student I'd like to give an example say you were walking in the hall and a kid slaps you then you go to tell the teacher the teacher takes you both to the principal but the problem is that in the end you get suspended for no reason. or you go into a class without permission and a teacher screams in your face you tell them to stop they tell your homeroom teacher you try to reason with them but since its a teacher they wont believe you and will do anything to make sure the teacher isn't condemned for their actions and instead you get condemned for respectfully asking the teacher to please stop yelling at you in your face.

I highly recommend Al-Taqwa academy to any parent looking for a nurturing and high-quality educational environment for their children. Our overall experience has been incredibly positive. Communication between the school and parents is outstanding. Regular updates, newsletters, and parent-teacher meetings keep us informed about our child’s progress and school activities. The school’s open-door policy allows us to feel involved in our child’s education.
