The worst service i have ever recieved was at their "spa". i left more angry and tense, then when i arrived. i was forgotten about, by the girls at the front, when they went on lunch :( then sent home an hour later, since the hair stylist/teacher had gone home, thinking i "missed" my appointment (that i was early for). i asked to speak with a manager, who was rude, and told me that the girls wouldnt have forgotten about me, and that i must have been late. i was the ONLY one in the spa at the time. the only client. i guess they must be rich to not care about making money.

I bought a voucher on DealTicker for them because it seemed like such a great deal. Before I bought the vouchers, I called them to make sure that I'd be able to have me and my 3 friends get done at the same time because I wanted to take my friend out for her 30th birthday. The person on the phone assured me that they could take 4 at once as long as I booked in advance. I confirmed that I could do them in the morning on Saturday in April. 2 weeks after I buy the 4 vouchers, I call back to book the appointments. The guy who answered the phone told me there was no way they could do 4 at once. I started to get irritated and told him that I was told otherwise before I bought the deal and he snapped back that I was being rude. I'm honestly baffled. First, I'm lied to, and then when I'm annoyed about it, they claim I'm being rude? I called DealTicker and got a credit right away. No one that does business like this is getting a penny of my money.

As a dissatisfied customer due to false advertising and poor customer service, I would tell everyone I know to stay away from the Canadian Aesthetic Academy!
