The Four Seasons location is the best! Jen is amazing with hair! I love going there. Anytime I have an event I always get my makeup and hair done and they do an amazing job. Everyone working there is super nice and you'll leave happy!

Got the time slot I needed in between events at the Four Seasons. Alison was great and listened to my concerns. Brilliant to have a dry bar at an upscale downtown hotel.

Natasha did an amazing job on my hair! She is very knowledgeable and gave me some home care styling tips. I received so many compliments at the wedding I attended. Will definitely be coming back to see her!!

I admit I was late for my appt due to parking issues. I was not able to get the service I wanted due to this and was offered me a regular dry style so I agreed to this. The girl who did my service was really rude didn’t even introduce herself and was just really rough. She didn’t seem like she really wanted to do my hair. Almost seemed annoyed( I don’t know her name as she didn’t tell me, but she was Asian). Anyways I had to go to another salon because all the Curls came out and did not look good at all. That was a waste of my time and money. Anyways, I go to blo often to get my hair done and I’ve always been satisfied;but this was the first time I had this negative experience. I will not be coming to that location again and will be sure to tell Anyone else to go there either. Just because the hair stylist is “experienced “ or “good” doesn’t mean they can treat customers like that. After all you’re not doing me a favour I am paying for the service. this stylist really needs to work on her customer service skills.

I can’t even remember how I got ready for special occasions or just styled my hair before Blo. I’m absolutely obsessed and in love with getting my hair blown out at Blo. If I could do it once a week I would! There is not a trip I go on, special occasion that I celebrate or even just a fun night out where I don’t stop in at Blo first! I always feel great leaving the salon which makes the whole experience so amazing. Anything that can make you feel confident and good about yourself is a bonus! And the best part is my Blo out can usually last a few days so the happiness continues! Shauna is the absolute best, I was seeing her for years, and Jenny took over for my hair this year (when Shauna moved) and has been awesome and ensuring that my hair is exactly what I want each time. They are so great! Trust me book your appointment now, you will not be disappointed!
