I went for a pixie cut (short hair) today and just got the best haircut in years - and I am a fan of pixie / modern cuts! I went there without a prior appointment, and in spite of them being very busy, they quickly let me know that a hairstylist could take me on. And I am thrilled she could!! Eva is absolutely extraordinary, I wholeheartedly recommend her - her suggestions of what would work for me were amazing and I just feel great and love the haircut:)! All for a great price, too. This is it - I will be back!

I was asked to leave the store when my hair was still wet because she was busy helping others and my hair turned out to be an Afro when become dry, while I asked for a regular curl. I will have to wear a hat when going out starting tomorrow, (not saying Afro is not nice, Afro itself is very nice ), it just not suits me. It’s the 2nd time to come to this store but after how I was treated today, will not come back again, although the boss he is a very nice and polite person. I made an appointment on the phone asking about the price of perming a woman’s hair, the lady on the phone said,’ you prepare about $50 to $70 ’ after she asked me about the length of my hair last week. By making sure of the price, I came in today. Today in the store, another hairstylist ( the long hair Asian one )doubled the price and by which I was surprised. when I told her what I was told on the phone last week, she became very tough and emotional, she said ‘no no no…’ I accepted the price of the $150, which I accepted happily, because I know it was not too expansive compared to other stores, I told her I was very much willing to pay that. Just surprised by the big price gap offered by the 2 hairstylists. And wanna talk to the lady on the phone asking if there was miscommunication, it would be great to talk, but got declined. Obviously the lady doing my hair today was not happy for me to ask. I also overheard one lady customer and she were whispering about me behind my back in the store, ( though the lady customer started that , as she was trying to flatter the hairstylist )the hairstylist realized that I noticed them, she said something else and said some customers they go crazy. If any customer was offering one price on the phone but asked to pay double when he/she is in store, it’s reasonable people will get surprised and need to know why. Anyway, it was not a pleasant experience with them today, will not go back, mainly because of the way they dealt with problems when there is one. You people like mocking and spoke ill of others, next time just speak up and speak above board, do not whisper behind, which made you two look like clowns, not everybody is so tolerable to your indecent behaviour. See what other people do if you two do the same thing. Do improve your own skills on how to cut people’s hair well. learn to respect others and find if it is your problem to make them ‘crazy’.
