Came in second time here for my son's haircut, first experience was very good. This time we had a different barber - I have never seen somebody cut so unprofessionally... He made total mess out of my son's hair. Were it was supposed to be fade at the bottom with longer hair at the top - he ended up making good fade but disaster on the top - way too short, chunked out, uneven mess. He cut the front too short and was not able to make it even with the back that was left longer - it looked terrible. You could see he had no idea how to properly cut and was trying to fix but it was too late and too short. My son ended up with this horrible haircut....was crying when we left. Not coming back to this place. I was gonna recommend to my friends but good thing I didn't. Hope the management pays attention to reviews and hires staff that are qualified to do their job.

It was my first haircut at the barbers in Canada. I didn't know what to expect. I called for the address and being within close proximity to my residence here in Mississauga; on an early Saturday morning I walk the few blocks Nappy's location. I was called to one of the barber's chairs almost immediately. My hair had grown in some areas to about six or more inches. The last haircut was out of shape. I was attending an important event the same day. The young man serving me, Anthony was very pleasant and greeted me respectfully. He took my coat, and hung it up. I said it was my first haircut in Canada at a barber. I gave him my request and he followed the instructions with precision. Needless to say I got my hair done fabulously well. I looked at his finishing handiwork and was very pleased. He deserved a good tip and I did have to sit long for the process. He is a master in his profession. I consider myself his long term client.

The barbers leave whenever they want and there is no system to know who came in what order. So if 8 people are waiting and you decide to wait, after waiting an hour and a half suddenly 2 of the barbers leave with just 1 barber left. If you choose to stay you are looking at another 2 hours minimum and if u choose to leave well you just wasted an hour and a half..... pretty stupid and this is exactly what happened to me. Also the guy kept putting people ahead of me just because they were acting frustrated and I was just quietly waiting. Then after all that wait I showed a picture and my haircut looks absolutely nothing like it.
