This is not a place for male haircut much less for your children. Service was so bad and fast (10 min). Guy was not even trying to pretend being nice, pushing my head and at some point almost scratched me with scissors! Avoid! $40 for 10 min male haircut?!! For my kid time was even shorter. Price was same as for adult(12 years old). Where are lots of places that will be happy to treat you as valuable customer for less.

I am absolutely horrified with the service I received from this "salon". I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks in advance for my cousins wedding. I showed up to my scheduled appointment for 10:30am, only to find out that the salon opened at 11. I patiently waited outside for someone to show up. Finally, the owner arrived and was confused as to why I was waiting. The owner called the hair dresser, Diana, who was 30 minutes late. After Diana had showed up, she refused to see me and told me to “go to the mall”. She claimed she was not receiving new clients and it was not her problem. After a heated discussion between Diana, the owner, and the receptionist, they concluded that there was nothing they could do and that I must leave. I was absolutely disgusted with the way they were speaking to me, without even offering a solution to THEIR mistake. A hair dresser (who wasn’t even working that day) had overheard the conversation and offered to quickly do my hair. She curled my hair in 15 minutes, and I was still unhappy with the end-result. Would you believe after all of this, they still charged me a whopping $65 dollars just to curl my hair? I still never received an apology and was never offered any compensation for their horrid customer service. I ended up going to another salon to get my hair re-done. I will not be returning here, and I hope you take my advice to do the same.
