Had an hair up-do for the wedding of a family member and after just two hours all of it was loose and came off the pins. It looked just awful afterwards, a mess that constantly got worse the whole wedding and the after-party. To be fair, the hair-dresser's name was Farzad, and there maybe be others in the salon that can actually give you a decent hairstyling. The makeup I got was pretty heavy and old-style and I didn’t like it, but at least it did last the night! :))

Highly recomended, if you care about quality and beauty you must come here. Farzad is the best.

My first visit here today and definitely won't be the last. After doing 3 different colors myself during lockdown my hair was a disaster. Thanks to Farzad and Shideh, they fixed my destroyed dark with grey hair and gave me some beautiful highlights. My hair is healthy and beautiful. I will be coming back again and again and bringing my daughter too. Thank you so much for giving me back my smile and making me feel amazing !!

Firstly, I waited about 5 minutes at the door before I was even acknowledged. Finally I was brought in (nobody asked me any covid screening questions before bringing me in which was bizarre) and my hair was washed by a woman. Product went in & was washed out of my hair twice. I believe the product both times was shampoo and no conditioner, judging by how my hair feels now and how staticky my hair was during the drying and styling process. I then waited in a chair for at least 5 minutes before a woman came over to begin cutting my hair. She did not introduce herself at all. She also did not bother to use any product to protect my hair from heat. I explained what I wanted and she began to cut the length that I asked for. Then she thinned my hair afterwards. I have fine, straight hair so I also don’t understand why she felt the need to start thinning it after she was done cutting the length, especially without even asking me if I wanted that. She just went to town thinning my hair. The haircut seemed to be mediocre at the end (not great or even good, but acceptable at least), until I got home and noticed that one side of my hair in the front is at least an inch shorter than the other side. I did not ask for this, this is definitely a mistake. I did not notice this in the salon because of the way she styled the front of my hair. I also fail to understand why she thinned my hair out at the end, after it was agreed that I wanted a blunt cut, no layers. I am very unhappy that I wasted money on this and that I didn’t even notice the unevenness until getting home. Now I need another haircut. The music in this salon was also very very loud, making it difficult to communicate with anybody, especially because we must wear masks at this time. Overall a terrible experience, way overpriced, and I do not recommend. Update: after this review was posted, I was harassed by the manager of the salon via both phone call and text message. I was accused of lying about my experience and I was told that I am “unprofessional” for posting a negative review. Seriously, do not go to this salon.
