The staff (and owner) at this salon are not professional and do not perform good customer service practices. I went for a wax and throughout the process the aesthetician kept making backhand comments about how much hair I had on my body (which I was obviously there to remove???), kept reusing strips and not paying attention to the direction of growth. The worst thing was that halfway through my wax the owner comes in and asks me to move rooms so I have to get fully dressed with wax on my body, move rooms and then continue getting waxed. At the end the aesthetician goes to my sister and calls me "a difficult client". It was horrible. Don't go there

Great prices for men at $8 per cut.

The butcher shop! Yesterday I booked my mother an appointment for an event. I asked for a short haired cut wash and style and asked how much it would be. I was quoted 35 dollars which is fair. After I asked if they could color her hair, they said they definitely had time. Not seeing her hair before I did not expect them to have a final quote. So I dropped my mom off and when I seen her next she was very upset about her hair because they asked her if she wanted her hair dried and they ended up charging her an additional 30$....So 65 dollars. Also they rushed her out of there and told her to come another time to dye it....Im assuming so they can charge her again to blow dry it. When I called to tell them why she was upset they basically lied to me and told me that my mother said she didn't want the color. Also she was laughing on the phone without trying to resolve the issue. Not only did my mom have horrible service but they cant even cut a straight line.
