these people are rude and could not even bother to get off the phone to deal with a customer standing in front of them. it was not a business call, it was a personal call. they continually ignored the customer, and waved him away dismissively when he spoke to them about what he wanted. i would never , ever recommend this place to anyone if that is how they treat people when the store is very quiet and someone wanted to discuss a style they wanted.

Been going here for 10 years. Tom is the best. You cannot find anyone better. You might have to wait. He has sooooo many regular customers. But it's worth the wait. All the staff are friendly. I highly recomend this place. Best in the City.

I normaly go to Newin Mall further up at Hurontario, costs me around $12 but decided to come here today. About 20 mins wait and when my turn came this old lady was unwilling to beleive that it was my turn, extremely RUDE.The other lady who cut my hair was UNPROFESSIONAL, she made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. These people are racists. They charged me $22. Comparing them to Newin haircutters who are welcoming, kind, professional and forthcoming, this place is just not worth it. Never going there again.
